What support do you offer and do I have to pay extra for it?

There are no support costs. You can telephone our support team between the hours of 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri GMT, or email them anytime. Our aim is to make all your campaigns as successful as possible so you will find us extremely helpful.
